B = Balance Your Work Life and Your Fun Time
Times of enjoyment are as crucial to your health as gaining income to sustain your lifestyle. Sad is the life that is full of work and void of enjoyment or relaxation. Set clear boundaries between work and personal time to ensure that neither overwhelms the other. Schedule regular breaks and engage in activities you enjoy, whether it’s a hobby, spending time with loved ones or simply relaxing. Balancing work and leisure helps you recharge and remain focused.

C = Calm Yourself During Stressful Situations
Stress is a trigger for many physical ailments and mental breakdowns. When dealing with an emotionally-charged situation, remember to breathe and remain as calm as possible. Practice deep breathing exercises, meditation or yoga to help calm your mind.
