Frequently Asked Questions

We strive to ship all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving the order. Orders received Monday through Thursday are normally shipped the following day. Orders received Friday through Sunday ship the following Monday or Tuesday. During times of high order volume, your order may take extra time to process. Shipments arrive within 1-10 business days. Refusal of any package delivery will require a return shipping payment and will be billed to the method of payment originally used. Shipping fees are NOT refundable for undeliverable shipments, refused shipments, or delayed shipments.

PLEASE NOTE: Edgar’s is NOT responsible for lost packages or delayed delivery service especially under adverse weather conditions, high volume package delivery, and unforeseen shipping errors. Refund of shipping costs due to any of these reasons is prohibited.

At this time, Edgar’s Bath Goods only ships within the United States and Canada. We apologize for the inconvenience and will update our website if International shipping becomes available.
